Terms of Service

Last updated: 31 July 2026

1. Agreement

By using Talk Spark (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This page is maintained by the Talk Spark team and may be updated; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

2. The Service

Talk Spark provides AI-assisted spoken English practice: generated conversation topics, synthesised speech, transcription of your speech, feedback and study materials. The Service is provided for personal, educational use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, abusive, harassing or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
  • submit content you do not have the right to share, or content involving other people's personal data;
  • use the Service to generate content that is illegal or that infringes third-party rights.

4. AI-generated content

Conversations, hints, corrections, level estimates and study materials are produced by automated language models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. Talk Spark is a learning aid, not professional tuition, certification or assessment, and no learning outcome is guaranteed.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you say and type. You grant Talk Spark permission to process that content solely to operate the Service — for example to transcribe your speech, generate a reply and produce study materials for your session.

6. Availability

The Service is offered "as is" and "as available". Features may change or be withdrawn, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talk Spark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated feedback. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
