About

Speaking is the part everyone skips.

Most learners read, listen and drill grammar for years, then freeze the moment someone asks a question. Talk Spark is built around the missing habit: talking.

What Talk Spark is

Talk Spark is a voice-first English conversation partner. You pick a topic — or invent one — and the app speaks to you out loud, listens while you answer, and replies naturally. There is no script and no right answer; the point is to keep the conversation moving and to hear yourself speak.

How the practice works

Each session runs for about five minutes. Your microphone stays open the whole time, so you never have to stop and press a button: pause for a moment and Talk Spark takes its turn. While you talk, a live transcript shows what the app is hearing.

If you get stuck, five suggested answers appear with translations into your own language, so a missing word never ends the conversation.

What you take away

When you end a session, Talk Spark writes a study pack from the conversation you just had: a summary, an estimated CEFR level, corrections of things you actually said, grammar points with examples, a pronunciation guide, vocabulary, phrases worth reusing and homework questions. You can download the whole thing as a Markdown file and review it before your next session.

Who it's for

Learners from A1 to C2 who understand more than they can say. Talk Spark is not a replacement for a teacher — it is the daily repetition between lessons that makes a teacher worth having.
